Goa is all about Beaches, Bacardi’s and the Basilicas. It does have its old world mystic charm and the night life seems to go on unabatedly and the shops do business till dawn .The humidity sometimes takes a toll on you but in your eagerness to explore the rocky beaches you don’t seem to mind it a wee bit . In short it seems to have something for every traveller be it the white sand beaches for the elite or the crowded calangute for the common man . For me the captivating moment was standing in Fort Aguada and seeing the fiery wild waves lashing the tall trees as the rain clouds slowly swept across . The magnitude of the sea is enamouring and you wish to stand there for eternity perhaps until someone promptly reminds you that it is time to leave . There are casinos and some local cuisine which you should definitely try your hands on. Life seems to move in a languid pace here and seems to be the perfect getaway for the wild at heart .
